April 2020 - April 2025
April 2020 — Where It All Began
During the COVID-19 lockdown, when jobs were uncertain and the world was quiet, an idea was born in the middle of the night. We took a bold step, rented a small 2-bedroom house, and started Crawlers Technologies. With big dreams and zero comfort, our journey began.
June 2020 — First Client, First Smile
Just two months later, our hard work got its first reward. We signed our very first client—a petrol pump that needed marketing support. That moment made us believe, “Yes, we can do this!”
September 2020 — First Full-Time Team Member
As the work increased, we welcomed our first full-time employee. His main job? Managing PPC campaigns all day long. From morning till night, we were learning and growing.
March 2021 — Adding New Services
We started exploring the market and realized the need to offer more. So, we added new services, and it brought a big change in our company’s path.
September 2021 — Our 25th Client
We hit a big milestone—our 25th client! Around the same time, we brought in Abrar Ahmed to lead our Business Development team. Things were moving fast, and we loved the energy.
May 2022 — Shift to Hubli City
To find more opportunities and grow bigger, we shifted to Hubli. We also added a new workstation room to make space for our expanding team.
July 2022 — 50 Clients Strong
We signed our 50th client! No fancy parties, just a long ring of our sales gong and back to work. We knew the journey had just begun.
October 2022 — Team of 10 Full-Timers
We became a team of 10 full-time members! We were no longer a small startup—we started feeling like a real company. But with a growing team came a new problem: we needed a bigger space.
January 2023 — A Real Office at Last
After months of searching and negotiating, we finally moved into a proper office in Vinayak Nagar, Hubli. It was four times bigger than our last one. For the first time, we could stretch our arms without bumping into each other!
August 2023 — Launched Power BI & Software Development Services
As businesses asked for more tech-driven solutions, we added Power BI and custom software development to our service list. This opened doors to bigger projects and smarter work.
January 2024 — Our First 6-Figure Project
We cracked our first project worth over 6 figures (INR)! It was a huge achievement for the team and gave us the confidence to aim even higher.
October 2024 — 100 Clients and Counting
We celebrated signing our 100th client! From a 2-bedroom house to a full-fledged office, this milestone was proof of our team’s dedication and our clients’ trust.
April 2025 — Expanding Beyond Hubli
In April 2025, we took our biggest leap yet—expanding our services beyond Hubli. With projects in new cities and new sectors, Crawlers Technologies is now ready for the next chapter of growth.

I’m lucky to be surrounded by some of the smartest, kindest, and most passionate men and women I’ve ever met. I’ll be honest—I’m not the perfect boss, and we’ve all made our share of mistakes.
But there’s something special about walking into work every morning and feeling like you’re with the same people you’d happily go on vacation with.
Our team doesn’t just work hard—they care deeply about what they do and who they do it for.
Every day, we also get the chance to collaborate with incredible business owners, marketing heads, CEOs, and VPs. These are the people who push us to do better, to think bigger. Our clients are the reason we jump out of bed in the morning. Their trust, support, and belief in us is the reason Crawlers Technologies exists.
