🔹 Position: Business Development Executive
📍 Location: On-site – Hubli
🧠 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives
🗣️ Languages Required: English & Kannada (Mandatory); Hindi & other regional languages (Preferred)

🔥 Key Responsibilities
Convert leads into clients with a consultative approach
Conduct cold calls and handle client follow-ups
Build and maintain strong business relationships
Manage the complete sales cycle
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
✅ Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in IT or Digital Marketing)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude and team spirit
